Yes, we offer a warranty on mechanical jobs, covering both parts and labor under specific conditions.
Warranty Coverage:
- 0 - 3 months: We will cover both parts and labor for any valid warranty claim.
- 3 - 6 months: We will cover only the parts we supplied and fitted. Labor costs will not be covered.
- After 6 months: No warranty coverage applies.
Simply put:
If a part we supply and fit fails within 3 months due to our installation or a defect in the part, we will replace and fit it free of charge.
If the failure occurs between 3 and 6 months, we will supply a replacement part for free, but labor costs for refitting will be the customer’s responsibility.
Customer-Supplied Parts:
If you supply your own parts, any warranty claims must be handled directly between you and your supplier. We will not be responsible for warranty claims on customer-supplied parts.
