When you pay for our services, you are paying for the time and expertise we invest in tuning your vehicle.
If you would like adjustments to your tune, we are happy to modify it to suit your preferences—your satisfaction is our priority.
If, for any reason, we are unable to tune your vehicle due to limitations on our end, you will not be charged.
Examples:
- If you request pops and bangs but they are not loud enough, we will adjust them for you. However, if it is not possible to make them louder, a refund will not be issued.
- If you bring us a vehicle and we determine that tuning is not possible for any reason, you will not be billed.
