If a vehicle is booked for a tuning session but the session is aborted due to issues outside of our control, the full session price still applies.

Billable Work Performed
If you bring your car to us and we spend time investigating, tuning, or researching your job, that labor is chargeable. We are a business, not a charity, and the time we invest in your vehicle must be compensated.

Labour Rate
Our hourly rate is £75. We charge per hour, so if we work on your car for 10 minutes its an hour we will be billing.
Some services have a fixed fee like Stage 1 Tuning, but if you ask us to do something outside of that scope, we will be billing at £75 per hour.

Money Back Guarantee
Unlike many tuning centers, we do not offer a money-back guarantee.
When you pay for our services, you are paying for the time and expertise we invest in tuning your vehicle.
