If a vehicle is booked for a tuning session but the session is aborted due to issues outside of our control, the full session price still applies.
Reasons a session may be aborted:
- A mechanical or electrical fault prevents safe tuning.
- An issue with the vehicle distorts tuning results, making accurate calibration impossible.
We always strive to work with our customers to resolve issues. However, if a solution cannot be agreed upon, the session fee will remain applicable.
